New signups on any plan get a 30-day free trial (default recommendation is Pro). Add a card at checkout — you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before then.

Each email address can use the signup free trial once every 365 days, even if you delete and recreate your account.

Basic covers scheduling, payments, and Google Calendar for up to 7 students. Essential adds unlimited students, the resources library, and exam progress tracking — no AI. Both include the 30-day free trial at signup.

Basic supports up to 7 teaching slots. For a larger roster — plus library and exam progress — choose Essential (unlimited students). All plans include the 30-day free trial.

Pro plans include a daily AI action allowance that resets every day:

• Pro — 100 actions/day
• Ultimate — 300 actions/day (3× Pro)

• Planning Studio message — 1 action
• Clean+ tidy-up — 1 action
• Parent report or lesson summary — 2 actions
• Image generated — 10 actions
• Image regenerated — 3 actions

Your allowance resets daily.

Yes. After you sign up, open Settings → Subscription to upgrade or downgrade. Upgrades take effect right away; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle if you have more active students than the new plan allows.

You keep access until the end of your current billing period (or trial). Your data stays available during that time. After access ends, you can resubscribe anytime from Settings.
